On March 15, in the hall of the State Executive body of the Sughd region with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, representatives of the State Executive body of the Sughd region, national experts, the private sector and civil society, was held a presentation of the concept of a Voluntary national review.
At the meeting, representative of the Ministry made a report on the essence of the Voluntary national review in the implementation of the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period to 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals, and then a presentation on the concept and structure of the Voluntary national review was given by the national expert.
It was noted that, through the Voluntary national review countries report on the nationalization process and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, where presented, there is an annual exchange of views and experiences among UN member countries.
From officials of the Ministry was instructed to the organizations of State Executive body of the Sughd region, the private sector and civil society actively participate in the implementation of the Voluntary national review and provide relevant information to its developers as appropriate.
