The main purpose of the public discussion is to provide information to the population, representatives of government authorities, civil society and the private sector on the implementation of the socio-economic development program of the Shakhrituz region in 2023. Conducting a public discussion will stimulate the involvement of all parties at the local level in the implementation and monitoring of the program, will increase the efficiency of ongoing projects, and create additional conditions for improving the quality of life of the population. population.
The program is a strategic document for the region's development and defines the priorities and general directions of the socio-economic development policy of the region, which is aimed at achieving sustainable economic development of the region and access of the population to basic social services. and poverty reduction.
It should be noted that from the beginning of the implementation of the development program for the Shakhrituz region, from all planned sources for $71.6 million. somoni, which amounted to 47.2 percent of the Program implementation.
