This seminar, which was held on December 14, 2022 in the building of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, is the beginning of a series of seminars for the Working Group No. 13 and aimed at developing a Methodological Guide for monitoring and evaluating development programs for all government agencies. This workshop was held as a kick-off meeting for the following workshops. The lectures were presented as follows:

Mr. Hiroshi Niino (JICA Expert for the NDS Secretariat). Provided Guidelines for the Implementation of Performance-Based Policy Evaluation. This guideline is approved by for the liaison meeting among related ministries.
