In order to remind the participants of the important points of previous webinars, a review of past webinars was conducted. This event, like the previous ones, was held in the building of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan on March 18, 2022. The review was conducted by:
- Mr. Hiroshi Niino, JICA Expert for the NDC
- Mr. Usmon Rahmanov, JICA Project specialist.
In addition, the results of a survey of participants about the needs for training in Japan were provided, for further exchange of opinions between participants and discussion of further steps in the field of Human Resource Development (HRD).
Thus, a review of 5 local lecturers and 3 previous lectures by Japanese lecturers was carried out.
