This webinar was organized in order to improve the capacity of government officials responsible for project formulation to write project plans by using Project Cycle Management method. It was in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, by:
- Hiroshi Niino, JICA Expert to NDC, former Professor, Director of Center for International Collaboration, Kochi University, former Director General of Department of International Training Affairs and Citizen Participation of JICA. Mr. Niino was involved in many project formulations and evaluations of JICA's projects. He also served as a course leader of various international training courses at Kochi University.

- How to make Project Design Matrix
- How to write a project plan
