This is the 4th workshop in a second series of M&E workshops. As a reminder, this series was aimed at creating a common M&E reporting format. Lecture was provided by the 3 following persons:
- Ms. Muminova Farida - Head of the Department of Modelling and Forecasting Socio-Economic Processes at the Institute of Economy and Demography of the National Academy of sciences of Tajikistan. PhD on Economics. “Preparation of the monitoring report on the implementation of the strategic programs on the development of sector of education and science”.
- Ms. Kurbonzoda Nargis - Chief Specialist of the Department of Economics, planning in the field of education and science in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan. “The key issues of organizing monitoring and evaluation of development programs in the system of Education and Science”
- Mr. Anushervon Amonzoda - Chief Specialist in Management of state budget in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan. “Key issues of organizing state financing of the education system”.
These lectures were given regarding the report on the main aspects of monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of strategic development programs in the field of education and science. Ms. Muminova F. presented the developed table formats (draft) for a single M&E report form, using statistics of education and science. Mr. Anushervon spoke regarding budget process and priorities in education and science. More details can be found in the presentation of Ms. Muminova (attached).
